June 12 2:00 - 4:00 pm How to Ride the MATS Bus Hackley Public Library. A 2 1/2 hour traveling workshop for all ages and abilities -- seniors, parents, kids -- that includes a ride on a bus, getting on the right bus, paying the fare, pass options, transfers, reading the schedule, where to catch a bus, bringing your bike on the bus and more. Doing, not just talking about it. Sign up in advance is encouraged so that there are enough bus seats (MATS will add another bus if it's needed). For more information call 231-722-7276. June 16 Opening Day for Summer Reading Clubs Hackley Public Library. Adult program theme is Pollinate Your Mind, the Youth Services theme is Catch the Reading Bug.
