The IM service will be available during regular, open hours of the Library:
Monday-Wednesday: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Thursday-Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
If you don't have IM software and don't want to install any, try PLUGOO, just type your question where it says "your message"
If you don't have IM software and want to install one, click on the Icon of the software you want to install. Our screennames for each of the IM clients are listed next to the link to their software.
