Take an adventure around downtown Muskegon on Saturday, May 6, from 10am – 3pm to participate in STEAM activities and collect passport stickers for prizes!
Participants will receive a bag with a STEAM kit and t-shirt (while supplies last) and a “passport.” They will travel between the four anchor organizations (Hackley Public Library, Muskegon Community College Lakeshore Fab Lab, Lakeshore Museum Center, and Muskegon Museum of Art) and Hackley Park for the event, participating in STEAM activities at each location. After completing each activity, they will get their passports stamped. Once they receive enough stamps, they can turn in the passport for raffle prizes.
The activities will remain open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
STEAM Along The Lakeshore is an annual event in Muskegon, Michigan that promotes STEAM learning in the community. Organizers include the Hackley Public Library, Lakeshore Fab Lab, Lakeshore Museum Center, MiSTEM Network, Muskegon Community College, and the Muskegon Museum of Art.
