Henna Tattoo Workshop

Want to know more about Henna art?
An informational and hands-on workshop on Henna, temporary body art, will be at Hackley Public Library! The event will provide instruction and history of Henna, and each person will receive a small Henna cone to work with. Registration is required. Call HPL at 231-722-8011 or register below. Registration opens 1 month before the class date.
This class is FREE, and is brought through the generosity of the Friends of Hackley Library.
Recommended for ages 16 and up.

This class invites participants to use sketching as a tool to help shape their perception of the world, enhance self-awareness and guide themselves to more positive experiences. Join Corinne Roberts for this excellent practice in art therapy. This program is free and all materials are provided. No prior drawing experience needed!

Do you enjoy creative writing? Are you inspired by innovative thoughts and ideas? Become a part of 'Left to Write', HPL's own Creative Writing Group! Here you can share your own stories, participate in exercises, and meet other creative writers. This group will provide a low key atmosphere for writers of all experiences. Everyone is welcome, so feel free to tell your friends! Remember to bring paper and your favorite pen.
